At Detroit Sign Factory, we know you are excited about getting your new sign installed and operational. However, it is important that every detail is handled “just right” to make certain that you can enjoy the benefits of your sign for years to come. A permit may be required before installing any permanent sign. Our team will work with your local permit department to assure that you are in full compliance before we begin installation.

Sign Permitting / Installation

  • Complete Permits – We create a site survey and help you gather the necessary permits. We also ensure your sign is in compliance.
  • Work with Landlord or HOA – If you have a landlord, community manager or HOA involved in the process, we will make certain your sign is acceptable on all counts. Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
  • Installation – We offer sign and display installation services for all of our products. Choosing to allow us to handle the installation just makes sense—you can relax, knowing the job is done right.
